RIMAE CLOTHING CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order:

before Rimae Clothing have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance below.
You can return goods you have ordered from Rimae Clothing for any reason at any time within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods Rimae Clothing will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging.

Return/Exchange Policy
Each garment is inspected by hand prior to dispatch, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply e-mail us at info@Rimae.co.uk about the purchase and we shall give you a returns number and an address to return the item to within 24 hours.
Please return items to us in their original condition** within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred (only if available). A refund or exchange will not be given for unwanted gifts or any other reason.
Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, Rimae Clothing recommends that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. All items requiring an exchange will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
The parcel can take 2-3 working days to be returned to our head office, unless sent via special delivery.
Once your order is received you have 14 days to return goods for a full refund.
Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Rimae Clothing will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to Rimae Clothing.
If I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Rimae Clothing will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
**Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Rimae Clothing will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
