Delivery

Postage (UK)
Postage is free, you will be advise before and notified of the total cost before your item(s) is dispatched.  Delivery will normally be 2-3 working days. Items that are out of stock will take longer but we will advice you of any delays. All delivery is by express Courier (in which case a signature will be required).

·         We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days (subject to item availability). In the event your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be contacted with an estimated delivery date if you would like to wait, or replace with an alternative product if available, or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

·         Our deliveries are dispatched through Fast Way Couriers, Parcel Force or any other courier company we instruct from time to time. We can only deliver to the address given at the time of the order.  We cannot cancel any orders once they have been dispatched. Any orders refused on delivery or orders returned to us due to incorrect address details will incur a redelivery/return fee.

Cancelling your order

·         If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting customer services on 029 2025 4234.  Cancellations can only be accepted by notifying us either by telephone, or in writing, at any time before dispatch and up to 7 working days after delivery.

 

·         Cancellations made before dispatch will be reimbursed in full provided you have notified us of your intention to cancel as outlined above.  Full reimbursement for goods that have already been delivered to you will ONLY be made if the goods are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you, and in accordance with our returns policy.

Overseas orders
we accept orders from the UK and members of the European Community (EC). We may at our absolute discretion refuse to accept orders from outside mainland UK for certain products where it is impractical or impossible for us to do so. Any customs or import duties levied at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

·         All customers shopping from outside the United Kingdom and European Union there will be additional shipping charge which be placed with the order.

·         This website and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the UK. We give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Any customs or import duties levied at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

·         Please note that different posting rate applied depend upon of the currier and country you want us to use. You will be notified before the item is shipped.
